ProfCalendarCalendar and account data is stored with Supabase in Frankfurt. Android also keeps a local copy for offline use. The privacy policy describes processors, retention and your rights.
- Check membership before putting personal information in a shared calendar: members can read its events.
- Use Export data (.ics) in Settings to export ordinary events. Shared-calendar exports include other members’ events; cycle records are excluded.
- For a fuller data-access request or privacy question, use contact or the addresses in the privacy policy.
AI extraction processes the text, picture or audio you submit. Connected assistants can access enabled ordinary calendars; cycle calendars are excluded. Android release crash reports can be disabled in Settings. This help centre uses no cookies, analytics or third-party requests.

Check sync help or contact support. Tell us the app version and what you tried; never send passwords or private calendar contents.
