On Android you can speak a new event or share an audio message up to three minutes long. These are different paths: spoken input uses the phone’s speech input; shared audio is transcribed by the AI service.
- Choose the voice-event action, or share an audio message from your chat app to ProfCalendar.
- Check the recognised text and the proposed date, time and place. For shared audio, the transcript is included in the description.
- Correct recognition mistakes, select a calendar and save.
Shared audio is forwarded once and not stored by ProfCalendar; it uses two AI units for transcription plus one if cloud extraction is needed. Text extraction from spoken input uses one AI unit unless handled on-device. Voice capture is not offered in the web app.
If it still doesn't work
Read related help or contact support. Tell us the app version and what you tried; never send passwords or private calendar contents.
