Turn a message into an event

Share appointment text into ProfCalendar on Android, or paste it into the message action in the web app. You review the suggestion before saving; extraction never saves automatically.

  1. Select text in your chat app and share it to ProfCalendar, or copy and paste it in the web app.
  2. Wait for the suggestion. On Android, cancelling recognition opens an empty editor. In the browser, cancelling closes the text dialog before sending.
  3. Check title, date, time, place and target calendar, then save.

No appointment found means the message did not contain enough information. A failed request or reaching the monthly AI limit also leaves an editable draft. Cloud extraction sends the supplied text to the AI service; avoid sharing unrelated private text.

If it still doesn't work

Read related help or contact support. Tell us the app version and what you tried; never send passwords or private calendar contents.
