ProfCalendar asks for an update

An old Android version may no longer be compatible with the service. It keeps local calendars readable but stops syncing until updated.

  1. Use the banner’s update action to open ProfCalendar in Google Play.
  2. Install the available update using the Google account that joined the test, if you are a tester.
  3. Reopen ProfCalendar and sync. Do not uninstall to update: that can lose unsent local changes.

In the browser, a newer-version banner asks you to reload the page. Finish any open draft first. If Play offers no update, contact support with the installed version and the banner text.

If it still doesn't work

Check sync help or contact support. Tell us the app version and what you tried; never send passwords or private calendar contents.
