Notifications are not arriving

Check Android permission and the calendar’s notification switch separately. A muted calendar does not send change notifications even if Android permission is granted.

  1. Open Android settings → Apps → ProfCalendar → Notifications and allow notifications and the relevant channels.
  2. Open the calendar in ProfCalendar and enable Notifications while online.
  3. Ask another member to change an event, then test with the app in the background. Check battery restrictions if nothing arrives.

Your own edits are not a useful push test. Subscribers to published calendars do not get change pushes. Push depends on Google Play services and connectivity; the web app does not receive Android pushes. For alarm issues, use the separate alarm troubleshooting article.

If it still doesn't work

Check sync help or contact support. Tell us the app version and what you tried; never send passwords or private calendar contents.
