Invite people to a calendar

Share a calendar by inviting people as editors or viewers. Both Android and the web app support invitations.

1. As owner, open the calendar settings and Invite.
2. Choose Invite as editor for people who may change events, or Invite as viewer for read access. Share the generated link or code privately.
3. The recipient signs in and opens the link, or selects Join with code and enters the code.

Invites expire after 14 days. If a code fails, ask the owner for a new one. Owners manage members and can delete the calendar for everyone. Editors change events; viewers cannot.

If it still doesn't work

Check sync help or contact support. Tell us the app version and what you tried; never send passwords or private calendar contents.
