A cycle calendar records periods and estimates future date ranges from your entries. It requires Premium. Estimates are not contraception and not a fertility or conception aid.
- Create a cycle calendar and read the separate consent screen. Only accept if you want this health data stored and synced.
- Record period starts and ends. Correct missing entries before relying on the displayed estimates; irregular cycles widen the ranges.
- In cycle settings, inspect who can see what. Share only the period range, fertile window with ovulation, or both, with a chosen person. Confirm your identity when asked.
Only you see the underlying records. Recipients get the selected derived ranges, not your history or settings. Revoke access in the same section. Cycle data is excluded from AI assistants, iCal feeds and widgets. Android and web offer the same cycle controls. Deleting the cycle calendar withdraws consent and removes its data.
