Change a repeating event

A repeating event is one series. When changing or deleting an occurrence, choose how much of the series should change.

1. Open the occurrence on the date you mean and start editing or deleting.
2. Choose Only this occurrence, This and all future, or The whole series.
3. Check the dates before saving. Changes are shared with the calendar’s members.

Only this occurrence leaves the rest unchanged. This and following keeps the earlier part. All changes the series, including earlier dates. A deleted occurrence does not delete the whole series unless you choose that scope.
